Returns, Refunds & Replacements
At Green Botanix, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Return & Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund, the product must:

Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

Be returned with the original packaging and labels intact.

Have a return request submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
Replacements & Exchanges
If your return request is approved, kindly pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the return address provided by our support team.
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the replacement or exchange within 5-7 business days. You will be informed once your request has been successfully processed.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
Although we carefully pack every order, issues may occasionally occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
For verification purposes, customers are required to provide a clear unboxing video recorded while opening the parcel. The video should clearly display the sealed package, shipping label, and the condition of the product inside.
Please note that claims submitted without a valid opening video may not be approved.
Once verified, Green Botanix will arrange a replacement at no extra charge.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Claims submitted after the 7-day return period

Expired products or items that have been stored improperly after delivery
