At Green Botanix, we strive to provide fast, secure, and reliable delivery services across Pakistan to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

📦 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all cities and regions within Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

At this time, international shipping services are not available.

⏱️ Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 business hours.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Karachi: 1–2 business days

  • Other Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Remote Areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

💸 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are applied as follows:

  • Karachi Delivery: Rs. 200

  • Outside Karachi: Rs. 250

Any free shipping promotions or special offers will be announced on our website or social media platforms.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive:

  • A tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email.

  • A tracking link to check your parcel status in real time.

✅ Order Verification

For security purposes, certain orders, especially Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, may require confirmation through a phone call or WhatsApp message.

Orders that remain unconfirmed may be cancelled automatically.

🚫 Delivery Issues

If delivery cannot be completed due to any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailable at the time of delivery

  • Unreachable contact number

The parcel may be returned to Green Botanix. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

📦 Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos and an unboxing video of the parcel

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Green Botanix reserves the right to delay, limit, or cancel shipments in exceptional situations, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Political unrest or strikes

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activities

  • Courier service disruptions
